Dean Tennis & Squash Club is a squash and tennis club in the north west of Edinburgh - near Stockbridge. We play squash and tennis here!

Getting there

Lothian Buses 19, 22, 36, 37, 43, 47 and 113 stop on Dean Bridge, just a few minutes away from the Lennox Street entrance.

The club is 25 mins walk from Haymarket train station, and 30 mins walk from Waverley train station.

There is limited space to store bikes inside the club against the gates.

There no publicly accessible parking on site, but limited on-street parking nearby is free from 6.30pm on weekdays - check the council website for details.

Access

There are two entraces to Dean - we use the Lennox Street entrance. The Dean Park Crescent entrance will be locked.

Head down the steps, and the building on the right contains the squash courts and changing rooms. Knock to gain access if closed.

The clubhouse is upstairs.

Facilities

Changing and showers

There are gender-separated changing rooms with communal shower facilities.

You are welcome to use whichever showers and changing facilities you feel most comfortable in, or turn up dressed to participate - we can keep bags and coats next to the courts with us, or in the changing rooms.

Clubhouse

Dean has a clubhouse upstairs where we have social drinks and nibbles after sessions.

There is a fridge, kettle and microwave, as well as plates, cutlery, and glassware.

There are table football and table tennis tables.

Accessibility

There is no step-free access to the club, courts or clubhouse.
